      In the near future, during an endless summer vacation and with a solar eclipse fast approaching, 12-year-old Bego struggles to find her place within her family and among girls her age. En un barrio sustentable, a las afueras de un pueblo remoto en Sudamérica, Martina vive con su esposo Stéphane, un constructor suizo. La puesta en valor de este pueblo, abandonado a las orillas de una vieja planta de gaseosa, está siendo llevada a cabo por su empresa. Mientras habitan una burbuja de lujos y privilegios, Martina comienza a notar un comportamiento extraño en los peones y obreros: por las noches, caminan como impulsados por un imán hacia la Laguna Pepsi, de la cual tiene prohibido beber agua.
